Our Twist Lock GUIDE ROLLERS (650.002.073) are BV approved and ISO standardized. These guide rollers comes with rotatable heads.

We play very important role in process of producing these guide rollers. A stringent, standardized quality procedure is followed from the very first step of casting, forging & surface treatment.

After manufacturing process these guide rollers are sent for quality control and QC checks to meet the preferred quality standards. After inspection these are sent to customers as per their requirements.

BOLSTERS FOR TWISTLOCK

Our container chassis BOLSTERS (410.150.000) are BV approved and ISO standardized.

Bolsters with integrated twist locks connect containers to the swap bodies. Bolsters are compatible with twist locks of 38mm & 52mm locking pin specifically R 405 VAK / R 406 VAK & R 416 VAK.

These bolsters and guide roller are manufactured using high-grade forged and cast steel, ensuring superior strength and durability.

The guide roller helps align the container onto the trailer by directing it toward the locking pins of the twist lock assemblies, which are welded onto the trailer's container chassis.
