Our Services at a glance

Sheet Metal Fabrication: We offer laser cutting, heavy gauge metal stampings, heavy tonnage presses and high-quality robotic or hand held welding services to keep your truck, trailer, or fleet of vehicles in top condition. We make in sheet metal fabrication twist lock bodies, truck, wagon & trailer suspension parts, chassis parts, axle parts, landing legs, spare wheel carriers, can carriers, tool boxes & container parts.

Casting: We offer inhouse and attached outsource units of casting with world class casting infrastructure giving best casting quality parts to its global clients. We also have arrangements for special steel castings, stainless steel castings, carbon steel castings, high manganese steel casting, Ni hard casting, non ferrous castings, aluminum alloy casting, copper alloy casting, gun metal casting, phosphor bronze casting.

Forging: We offer various forging services which comprises of hammer forging, press forging, closed die and open die forging and ring roll forging. We have been manufacturing hot, warm and cold forged components over a decade. The primary advantage of forging is the material saving achieved through precise shape, which requires little finishing with no shrinkage and scaling.

Housing a team of Quality Assurance (QA) professionals, we run stringent quality checks and make sure that the Twist locks are of the highest quality as per the international standards. Our trailer container twist locks have passed BV Approval and ISO standards.

We manufacture components as per our buyer needs, drawings, samples and specifications at most economical costs as compared to costs they pay now.
